How to Fill Out the PACE Form for Grade 1: Step-by-Step
Filling out the PACE Form correctly the first time saves you from corrections and re-submissions. Here’s a simple guide:
Step 1: Enter the Learner’s Personal Information
- Write the pupil’s complete name (Last Name, First Name, Middle Initial)
- Enter the Learner Reference Number (LRN) — this is required and must be accurate
- Indicate date of birth, sex, and complete address
- Write the parent’s or guardian’s name and contact information
Step 2: Encode Quarterly Grades Per Learning Area
- Enter the numerical grade (in whole numbers) for each quarter per subject
- Grades should be based on the DepEd standards-based grading system
- Use the correct grade scale: 90–100 (Outstanding), 85–89 (Very Satisfactory), 80–84 (Satisfactory), 75–79 (Fairly Satisfactory), Below 75 (Did Not Meet Expectations)
Step 3: Compute the Final Grade
